4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within three (3) days of delivery through email or WhatsApp. To help us verify your claim quickly and fairly, you are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel for the first time. This video must clearly show:
The unopened parcel with the outer packaging intact
The visible shipping label with your name and order number
The seal being opened for the first time
The product inside the box, showing the issue (if any)
This unboxing video acts as mandatory proof for any return, replacement, or refund claim. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once your return request and video are reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps for return pickup or replacement. Returned products must be unused, with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories included.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (if applicable). Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
